Las Vegas has 221 verified sushi and Japanese restaurants in our listings, and between them they carry 177,177 public reviews, the largest pile of any city in this batch. Two hundred of the 221 have at least a hundred reviews. Sixty-two have more than a thousand. Nobody here is eating quietly.
That volume hides a split. Forty-four rooms sit in the top price tier, more than any other city we cover. At the other end, thirteen listings carry an all-you-can-eat or buffet category, also the most in the batch. The same town that sells a long omakase counter sells a timed plate. Knowing which Las Vegas you want tonight is most of the decision.

The splurge tier, and who actually fills it
The highest-rated splurge rooms in our listings cluster on and around Spring Mountain Road, not on the Strip. Kabuto Edomae Sushi at 5040 W Spring Mountain Rd holds a 4.8 across 523 reviews. TARU, a little further east at 4480 Spring Mountain Rd, is at 4.9 with 248. Kaiseki Sanga on S Decatur Blvd is 4.9 with 76 reviews, small enough that a handful of new opinions could move it, which is why we weight ratings by volume before ordering them. Kase Sake & Sushi on S Jones Blvd rounds out the top of the tier at 4.8 with 115.
The top tier is also where the review counts get loud. SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas has 3,695 reviews at 4.5, and ITs SUSHI has 2,939 at 4.6. Both are far larger operations than the counters above, and a 4.5 with that many voices is a different kind of achievement than a 4.9 with 76. Read the two numbers together.

Spring Mountain Road and the all-you-can-eat houses
ZIP 89102 has 23 of our verified listings, the densest code in the city, and 89146 next door adds 14. Between them, the corridor west of the Strip along Spring Mountain Road holds more sushi than the Strip itself, where 89109 accounts for 17. The Strip is where visitors default; the corridor is where the counts say the city eats.
This is also where the volume model lives. Biwon Korean BBQ and Sushi All You Can Eat is the second-most-reviewed listing in Las Vegas, 4,139 reviews at 4.4, and the name is the format. Sakana Sushi has 3,385 reviews at 4.6, Sushi Neko 3,306 at 4.6, and Sapporo Revolving Sushi 3,150 at 4.6. A restaurant does not reach three thousand reviews on a mid-range price without turning tables fast and sending most people home satisfied, so treat that group as the reliable middle of the city rather than the ceiling.
South of the airport, 89139 has 15 listings and 89123 has 11. Sushi Love Las Vegas on S Las Vegas Blvd in 89123 is the highest-rated mid-upper room in the whole set at 4.9 with 250 reviews, and it is nowhere near the tourist center.

What the cheapest tier looks like here
Nineteen listings sit in the single-dollar tier, and they are not an afterthought. KatsuCo Japanese Food Restaurant on E Tropicana Ave is 4.8 with 131 reviews. O.Onigiri is 4.7 with 123. Monta Ramen has 2,495 reviews at 4.6, the busiest budget listing in the city by a wide margin. These are Japanese kitchens that happen to serve sushi rather than sushi bars pricing low, and that is usually the better bet at this tier.
Two mid-range counters deserve a word because they outscore most of the expensive rooms. Sashimi Day - 회먹는날 on S Decatur Blvd is 4.8 with 516 reviews. Kame Omakase on W Spring Mountain Rd is 4.8 with 240, and it is priced two tiers below the omakase rooms it shares a road with. Daikon Vegan Sushi out in Twin Lakes is the single highest weighted rating in the city, 4.9 across 611 reviews, and it serves no fish at all.
